Welcome to rodsforwheels.org (the “Site”), operated by The Rods for Wheels Organization (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.
1. Use of the Site
This Site is provided for informational purposes, to share the mission and programs of The Rods for Wheels Organization, and to facilitate donations and sponsorship inquiries. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict the use of this Site by others.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of The Rods for Wheels Organization or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. 3. Donations
Financial donations made through this Site are processed by Donorbox, a third-party payment processor. By making a donation, you agree to Donorbox’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms of Use. The Rods for Wheels Organization does not store or have access to your payment card information. All financial donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
The Rods for Wheels Organization is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. A donation receipt will be provided for your records.
4. Equipment Donations
Donations of physical equipment (fishing gear, life vests, adaptive equipment) are subject to review and acceptance by the organization. All donated items must be in safe and functional condition. The Rods for Wheels Organization reserves the right to decline any donated item at its sole discretion. Donated items may be used in our programs, provided to participants, or sold to generate funding that supports our mission. Donors are responsible for determining the fair market value of donated items for tax purposes. Our organization does not assign monetary values to non-cash donations.
5. Contact Forms and Communications
This Site includes contact forms that collect basic information such as your name, email address, phone number, and message. By submitting a contact form, you consent to our collection and use of this information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
